I have a "big head" still it's on the smallest side for the XL model, however choose it anyway because the XM maybe would be too small and I learned that when in doubt is better go a bit larger and adjust than getting too tight and discomforts.I already use Prizm lenses on other glasses (cycling and running for sunny day and low light) and I love them!
